(2.15min. mark) We are all used to measuring things in a specific way, e.g. 1. staff rotation rates are being taken to measure how well is looked after colleagues properly, 2. we can measure time delivery of projects have they been on time and 3. on budgets meeting the clients SLA we have signed up to and these are all the measures we can see and typically we do measure, and these are all very important, we want to continue to do that and establish those as core basic metrics. But beyond this (2.49min. mark) I think there is a more subtle way of trying to measure what value we are adding and have added, and I would like to talk a little bit more into this…….

(2.52min. mark) We are looking to and experimenting with “what is and how can we measure contentment” .We are looking at putting into place and have been experimenting trying to measure the level of contentment that people have, to what extend am I content with the way of running this business, to what extend are the colleagues within OnePoint happy with the way we do things, and to what extend are the clients really content with the services that we provide to them
(3.25min. mark) And what parameters and porometers do we aim for and this is the next part of our journey and what comes to my mind constantly is that we need to use more that what I call the power of silence and exploits this more and more to be able to remain contented in the world we live in. What do I mean with this ? I mean let’s take moments of silence, let’s pause, let’s see what’s going on internally let’s try and change our thoughts, feelings and emotions and let’s try generate good feelings in everything we do and for everyone we interact with. And with that I think we will be able to see that at least we ourselves are able to remain content even though the world around us is changing rapidly.
